Admissions

The Office of Admissions offers a variety of services to prospective students, applicants, and current students. The office is committed not only to recruiting the most qualified applicants, but also to guiding them through the application process. The admissions staff provides counseling on the application process, as well as how to prepare to be a student at the Mailman School. We actively recruit throughout the country. Please see our recruitment calendar at: http://www.mailman.columbia.edu/dept/sph/experience/docs/recruitment-calendar-2008-09.pdf The office also facilitates communication among applicants, academic departments, and current students. The office also strives to enroll a diverse class, with a firm belief that diversity adds richness to the discourse that takes place in and out of the classroom.
