A limited number of lockers are available for use during the academic year for all CUMC students.
Locker assignment are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the academic year.
Students can receive their locker assignment by logging in to the form at https://secure.cumc.columbia.edu/cumcit/forms/locker.php with you UNI and password.
